My current turnaround time is 1 week. Many orders are shipped within a few days, but allow up to a week for your order to ship. If your order will be delayed beyond a week, you will receive an e-mail from me. Please note, custom orders have separate turnaround times, depending on the nature of the order.Shipping
All domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. If you would like to downgrade your order to USPS First Class Mail, e-mail us right after ordering and we will refund you the shipping difference. International orders ship via First Class Mail. If you need to upgrade to Priority International, please e-mail right after ordering. If you need your order within a day or two, you can also purchase the “Upgrade to Express Shipping” listing from the shop. Your order will then be moved up to the top of the pending list, filled right away, and will be shipped via USPS Express Mail. (Not available for all orders, especially not customized orders.)Customized Sparkle™

To redeem a gift certificate, or for the recipient to redeem it, all you or she has to do is include the gift certificate number in the discount code box when checking out. Alternatively, you or she can leave the gift certificate number in the PayPal message to seller box when checking out and I will refund the gift certificate amount after the order is received.Refunds
Usually, we do not offer refunds. However, if your piece arrives damaged, please e-mail me and we can work something out.Lifetime Guarantee
I offer a lifetime guarantee for workmanship. If damage occurs because of how the piece was made, please e-mail me and I will repair your piece.
